He took my personal information, my complaint info, as well as making refund arrangements. We spoke for several minutes, about the property, in general, and the new payment system that was being installed on November 3-5. Wife and I recently went over, to check things out, and have found the new system to be quite nice. Simple, clean, and no more quarters!
